18 for 2018

I’m a bit late this year but hey! it’s still January

. Time to take a look back over the year just gone and all the amazing couples I got to hang out with… taking a few pictures along the way. Seriously though, 2018’s couples rocked so much. I set myself goals at the start of the year on how I could grow as a photographer and that meant pushing myself more to be more aware of my surroundings, to understand light and use it to make more powerful images. It’s because of you amazing people that I am able to grow, and my reward is getting to give back to you photos that I hope you will cherish for a lifetime. Hearing feedback like this is everything…

“when I received the photos well… I was reduced to tears…I spent my day going over and over and back over again looking at all the details. The day went by so fast so looking at the pictures and the way you shot them gave us a peek into everyone else’s day too!”

To all my couples this past year, thank you for letting me hang out with you to do what I love.

To all my couples for 2019, I can’t wait to hang out and take a few photos! :)

I didn't stage this. Emily's entourage was just standing there in awe of her.

Fallon & Byrne. Where else can you get married and pick up the groceries at the same time.

As always, a bonus photo as we move into 2019... every wedding needs a dog bringing the bride and groom a rabbit as tribute :)
